These terms govern your use of Plateful. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Health disclaimer

Plateful provides general wellness and nutrition tracking information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nutrition databases, calculations, activity data and AI estimates can be wrong. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass subscription controls, or disrupt the service.

Plateful+

Plateful+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. The App Store displays current localized prices, billing periods and trial eligibility before purchase. You can manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but access normally continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse food-provider services, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected services, upload unlawful material, or use Plateful in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve, and third-party services may be unavailable. Plateful may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while respecting active subscription rights and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Plateful's software, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Food-provider data remains subject to its source terms and attribution requirements.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Plateful is provided without guarantees that every calculation, provider record or service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
