Delete your Plateful account

You can start account deletion directly in Plateful:

1. Open Profile.
2. Choose Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the explanation and confirm.

What deletion does

Deletion removes your Plateful authentication account and associated cloud-synced Plateful data. It also disconnects the app from the deleted account. Local data handling is explained during the in-app confirmation.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Plateful account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription because Apple controls billing. Cancel Plateful+ separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@plateful.fit from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership before acting. Never send your password or sign-in token.
